NCRPA will be hosting a variety of workshops in addition to the Annual Conference. Sponsors of these events receive the benefit of connecting wth smaller groups of our membership engaged in specific topics. Check out the options for upcoming workshops.
NCRPA is the premier nonprofit in our state providing opportunities for the Parks & Recreation profession to Learn, Grow, and Connect. Sponsorships are an exclusive avenue to promote products, services, and brand recognition with workshop attendees. As a 501-c(3) nonprofit organization, your sponsorship may be tax deductible as allowed by the IRS.
Sponsorships Types:
- Lunch Sponsor $650: As a Lunch Sponsor, your company benefits from exposure and meaningful engagement with our attendees. Your company will be recognized with verbal acknowledgments and table signage. Your company name/logo, complete with a live link, will be featured on the event registration page, complemented by strategic social media recognition from NCRPA. Enhance your impact by sharing company information and branded swag directly with attendees, and gain valuable insights with a post-workshop attendee list. This is your chance to maximize your return on investment while making a lasting impression.
- Snack Break Sponsor $350: As the Snack Break Sponsor, your company will be recognized with verbal acknowledgments during two snack breaks throughout the workshop and table signage. Your company name, complete with a live link, will be featured on the event registration page, complemented by strategic social media recognition from NCRPA. The Snack Break Sponsor opportunity is a unique chance to fuel connections and maximize your brand’s reach while attendees recharge.
- Coffee Sponsor $250: As the Coffee Sponsor, your company will help attendees start the day on a high note at the morning coffee station, where attendees gather to connect and recharge. Your company will be recognized with verbal acknowledgments and table signage. Your company name, complete with a live link, will be featured on the event registration page, complemented by strategic social media recognition from NCRPA. A Coffee Sponsor opportunity is your chance to fuel connections, energize conversations, and leave a lasting impression—all while maximizing your brand’s reach and impact.

Recreation Programs Workshop: Learn about impactful programs and innovative ideas that have been successful across North Carolina. Build your network of colleagues to support your work in recreation programming. This is a one day workshop.
- Greenville - March 25. Sponsorships must be purchased by March 4 to maximize benefits.
- Hickory - May 8. Sponsorships must be purchased by April 10 to maximize benefits.
CPSI: We are hosting 2 Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) Certification courses in coordination with the National Recreation and Park Association. These will be the only CPSI courses offered in NC this year. Who traditionally attends? Architects, contractors, inspectors, planners, builders, engineers, grounds and maintenance staff, playground equipment manufacturers, playground operators and caretakers, public works and risk managers and summer camps, day camps & daycare centers
- Salisbury - April 1-3. Sponsorships must be purchased by March 21 to maximize benefits.
