EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

This is a first of its kind virtual workshop focusing on the use of technology in parks and recreation. The event will include education sessions, along with a two day virtual exhibit hall for technology vendors and supporters. The workshop is being held Nov. 20-21, 1:00-4:30 pm EST both days. Participants will have access to the workshops and exhibitor information for several weeks after, keeping the excitement going! We currently have 12 state Recreation and Park Associations who are recruiting attendees, and we are working to recruit more states before the event.

Join as a Virtual Exhibitor ($450):

Provided a space in the virtual exhibit hall
Provided a contact list of all participants after the workshop
Listed on event website with representative contact information
Opportunity to provide promotional materials as door prizes for attendees
Invited to participate in “tips and tricks” session before the workshop to get the most out of your virtual exhibitor experience.
Invited to participate in a virtual exhibit hall test call to ensure everything is running smoothly for you before the event.

Session Sponsors (limited to 4 - $800)

Receive all of the perks listed above as a Virtual Exhibitor
Logo included at the beginning and end of one virtual educational session, and name mentioned during the session.
Opportunity to create a pre-recorded video that will be available to all attendees during and after the event.
Listing as Session Sponsor on registration website
Included in event promotional posts via social media of all participating state Recreation and Parks Associations.

Presenting Sponsor (limited to 1 - $1,500)

Receive all of the perks of a Virtual Exhibitor
Logo displayed prominently in the event software (participants will see your logo at least twice each time they sign in.
Opportunity to create a pre-recorded welcome message that will be shared with event attendees ahead of the workshop, or to share for a few minutes live at the beginning of the workshop.
Listing as presenting sponsor in all promotional materials, social media posts, and registration website.
