Booth Pricing:

Premier Booth

  • $1000 for NCRPA members
  • $1150 regular

Standard Booth

  • $700 early bird pricing for NCRPA Members (Register by October 28th to secure the lowest rate)
  • $800 pricing for NCRPA Members
  • $850 early bird Non Member (Register by October 28th to secure the lowest rate)
  • $950 Non Member
  • $550 for Colleges/Universities

Additional Booths

  • $750 for each additional booth

Additional Representatives - Each booth space includes 2 representatives. Additional representatives are $100 each. Each booth has a limit of 3 representatives.

Standard 20a/110v Electrical Connection - $70

 

Booth Information

  • Booths are 10x10. Each booth includes 1 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, and a 7” x 44” booth identification sign

Company Contacts: At the time of registration, we will ask you to provide a Company Contact, and a Contact that will be preparing your exhibitor space in the event app. These contacts do not need to be attending the conference, but will make decisions about how your company is represented. In November 2024, we will share links with the Company Contact to request the names and email address of your representatives attending the conference.

 

All Exhibitors must be registered as exhibitors and assigned a booth space to attend and participate in the conference. No “walking” exhibitors are allowed.

Exhibitor Refund Policy:

  • On or before  SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 -  $300 of your registration fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Between OCTOBER 1 - NOVEMBER 8, 2023- 50% of your total registration fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • On or after NOVEMBER 9, 2024, - no refunds will be issued.
  • All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to Michelle@NCRPA.net
